Volunteer Leadership

The Education Network volunteers are individuals who have taken on being an expression of our mission in their everyday activities in education. They create environments that can consistently sustain breakthrough results. They have the opportunity to master our methodology and make it available in their communities through two programs:

The Course Leader Program trains individuals in delivering our technology through various programs such as Access to Breakthrough Teaching. Participants learn how to train others in our unique technology and are able to provide programs to empower the vision of their educational communities.

The Community Leader Program provides training for individuals to be a unique resource for the people, groups and communities with which they participate. With emphasis on collaboration and project execution, this program is for individuals committed to providing leadership in producing unprecedented results in their schools, organizations and communities. Through exciting, individually designed projects, participants master leadership, project management, strategic planning and communication skills.
